Fitness Presentation & Workout – Sunday, March 28th @ 1:30 PM

What to expect:

Ira Bershatsky (certified personal trainer and competitive body builder) will be doing a fitness presentation and group workout.

 

Schedule:

  • 10-minute presentation (focusing on the four areas of fitness)
  • 10-minute walk (light to moderate)
  • 10-minute workout (focusing on chest, abdominals, back and legs)

 

What to bring:

Nothing needs to be brought but an attendee is welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on in the grass if desired for comfort.

 

Where:

We meet at NW picnic 1 or 3 (whichever is available) as shown in the picture. The aerial map shows where this area is in relation to the park. There is free parking in the west and south parking lots. Rain doesn’t cancel these events.
