How do I request to become a member?

  • To request to become an individual or business member:

    • Complete and submit the member request form.
    • Receive a welcome phone call soon.

What happens on the welcome call?

    • Give you a “nickel tour” of our website.
    • Add you to our chats.
    • Answer your questions.

Do you screen requests to join?

Yes.

Why do you screen requests to join?

To identify and vet people, keep out infiltrators, and maintain the integrity of our community.

Depending on the featured speaker, it varies, with our largest attended event being about 400 people.

Do you record featured speaker presentations and the Q&A?

Yes.

What if I do not want to be recorded?

Do not be in front of the camera or speak while the recording is in progress.

Where can I watch recorded featured speaker presentations and Q&As?

  • We are working on a new media page.
    • It will have our new video channel and podcast.
    • Once it is released, an official announcement will be made.

How do I submit a suggestion for a new official Healthy and Free event?

  • On our “Contact” page:
    • Put “New Special Event Suggestion” in the subject field.
    • Put responses to the following in your message:
      • Who:
        • Intended audience.
        • Skill level required if applicable.
      • What:
        • Name of event.
        • Costs involved if applicable.
        • Items to bring if applicable.
      • Where:
        • Address.
          • Public venues only.
            • No residences.
        • Parking availability and costs if applicable.
        • A clear, level picture of a landmark to meet at.
          • Have this available to send later if requested.
      • When:
        • Proposed day and time options.
      • Why:
        • Purpose or goal.

What happens after I submit a new special event suggestion?

  • A submitted new special event suggestion will be:
    • Reviewed.
    • Checked with various people to gauge levels of interest.
    • Responded to soon.

How do I stay connected with other members and receive announcements and updates between events?

  • Participate in our Signal and Telegram chats.
    • Both chat platforms are available on:
      • iOS
      • Android
      • Mac

Why do you have both a chat on Signal and Telegram?

  • If one chat platform goes down, the other serves as a backup.
  • Each chat platform has its strengths and benefits.
  • Some people only use Signal or only use Telegram.
    • Having a chat on each platform helps ensure there is something for everyone.

How do I get added if I am a current member but am not on your chats?

  • On our “Contact” page.
    • Put “Request to be Added to Chats” in the subject field.
    • Put your phone number in the message field to call you to add you to our chats.

Can I post an event on the chats that is not an official Healthy and Free event?

  • Yes, if the event is:
    • Health or freedom related.
    • Lawful.
